Welcome to order fulfillment with Superior POD!

We are thrilled to have you join us as we provide top-notch order fulfilment services to help you succeed in your eCommerce business.

At Superior POD, we are dedicated to helping you create a seamless delivery experience for your customers. Our team of experienced professionals is here to ensure that your orders reach your customers on time, without any damage and with the appropriate packaging. We have implemented advanced technologies and operational processes to ensure that you get the best order fulfilment services available.

Fulfillment can be achieved through a large number of different selling platforms including but not limited to:
Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Faire, Wix, WooCommerce, Stripe, Shippo, and more!

We can connect to 1 store, or 20, it all depends on how big of a reach you want to have as the seller.

The process is easy, just follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the agreement you can download at the top of this page, as well as the information to the right, to provide us with the info we need to quote your products, create prototypes, and begin the account set up.
  2. Upload all product artwork that you would like to start selling at launch so we can set up for printing, accurately quote, and do a prototype if requested.
  3. If prototyping is requested, we will make and send your product samples, and after approval you are almost ready to start selling.
  4. We link your sales platform to our Shipstation account, or directly connect to Shopify as your manufacturer, so we can start receiving your orders.
  5. We begin fulfilling and shipping your orders directly to your customers, without you having to do a thing.

It is always more ideal to get everything in place before you start selling so there are no unforeseen delays in getting your products delivered to your customers. That being said, if you are in a bind and started selling before having everything finalized, or are jumping to us from another manufacturer, we can do that too, just let us know the urgency of the situation you are in!

To officially get your sign up started, simply fill out the information to your right and finally click the "Request an Estimate" button at the bottom. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with any information you need, and to help get the process started! A rough estimate of timeline from initial contact to products being shipped out to your customers is 1 month. This includes the set up phase and quoting, prototyping and proofing, linking of selling channels, and making an initial stock before selling for quick fulfillment. If you need a fast tracked timeline that is also achievable, we just may have to skip some steps.

Once the agreement is reviewed, signed, and sent back to us, the hard work on your end is practically over! Then it is time to sit back and focus on growing your company and brand, while we handle the rest!

  • 14pt: Upgraded playing card stock, measures 14pts thick (305gsm), glossy and coated both sides. SPOD recommended for a sturdy and thick game card. Not recommended for playing cards.
  • 100lb: Upgraded premium card stock, measures 12pts thick (290gsm), smooth uncoated finished on both sides. SPOD recommended for a matte finish card, especially one you intend to write on. A new addition as of 2024, replacing our uncoated linen card stock.
  • Linen: DISCONTINUED AS OF 01/01/2024
  • Casino-Classic TCG: Superior Quality Black Core TCG/Playing card stock, measures 12pts thick (330gsm), classic smooth coated finished both sides. The new SPOD standard for all Trading Card Game style Cards, Game Cards, and Playing Cards, at a more affordable rate than any of our other premium stocks. Our latest addition to the SPOD line up comes from far away, and is the same playing card stock used in the well-known trading card game, "Magic the Gathering" (Yes that is for real!). This is the highest gsm weight stock we have brought in to date, and it has a "superior" snap from its tight grain structure. Custom Playing Card Deck

Traditional Tarot Size (2.75" x 4.75")

High Quality custom full color, full bleed Traditional Tarot Size (2.75" x 4.75") playing card decks from Superior POD. You can put whatever images you like on the deck FACES and/or on the deck BACKS.

File Set Up Process:

1) Download the single card template from the link below OR just create your own blank card to work from with the following specs:

- Finish Size of Cards: 2.75"x4.75"

- Bleed in addition to that size 0.0625" on each edge of the card making your actual blank document 2.875"x4.875"

- Resolution set to at least 300DPI

- Safe Zone/Border Size of 0.125" from each edge of the card (meaning actually 0.1875" in from the edge plus bleed).

2) Set up your cards fronts and backs individually with whatever design software you would prefer.

3) Save those cards individually.

4) Either create a multipage PDF if you have the ability to do so, or just leave your cards individual and make a zipped folder with your artwork.

4a) If doing individual cards just make sure the fronts and backs are named accordingly for "card face 1", "card face 2", etc. If you have a common back just name that "Back". If you are doing unique backs just make sure they are labeled accordingly for "card back 1", "card back 2", etc. and we will handle the rest.

4b) If you are creating a multipage PDF then simple have the fronts as the first pages of the PDF in order, and then the backs following after the faces in the same order.

5) If you want a specific card on top of your deck then have that card as the final card in the PDF or the last named card for your deck, as that is what is on top of the deck after the cards are cut. 

*Specific card order is never guaranteed. 

6) After finalizing your individual cards simply upload them to us with the order and we handle all set up placing cards on our template sheets. DO NOT SEND US FULL SHEETS OF CARDS, CARDS ON 8.5x11 SHEETS, OUR OLD TEMPLATE PRESS SHEETS, OTHER COMPANIES PRESS SHEETS, ETC. Only send the individual cards as instructed on how to design.

ALL BOXES NOW MANUFACTURED USING 14PT COATED CARD STOCK AND LAMINATED FOR A PROFESSIONAL AND HEAVY DUTY FINISH. - 36 Card POKER Tuck Box: Comfortably holds 36 Poker (or Bridge) cards on 12pt or Casino card stock. If you are using 14pt or Linen card stock the 54 Slim may be a better option, or if you plan to add rules to your box we would recommend going up to the 54 Slim as well.

- 54 Slim Card POKER Tuck Box: Perfectly holds 54 Poker (or Bridge) cards on 12pt or Casino card stock. This is SPOD's Choice for a traditional deck of playing cards, or any deck that has 54 cards and is using the 12pt or Casino stock. Please note 14pt and Linen will NOT fit in this box and will require the regular 54 card box.

- 54 Card POKER Tuck Box: Comfortably holds 54 Poker (or Bridge) cards on 14pt or Linen card stock, OR 54 cards on 12pt or Casino with the addition of rules in your box. Fun fact this was the first box we ever made and offered here at SPOD!

If you would like to use this box for Poker (or Bridge) cards then it could hold around 72 cards on 12pt or casino stock, or 54 cards on 14pt or Linen.

- 60 Card TAROT Tuck Box (108 Poker Cards Side by Side): This box is also referred to as our "Double Tuck Box" as it is basically two 54 card poker tuck boxes combined together. With that in mind it comfortably holds around 60 Tarot Cards on 12pt, 14pt, Linen, and Casino, and allows for additional room for a rules sheet or mini rule book if you use 12pt or Casino cards. If you are using this box for Poker (or Bridge) size cards then the same applies, allowing for 108 cards on all four stocks, or rules added to 12pt or Casino decks.

- 45 SLIM Card TRADITIONAL TAROT Tuck Box: Perfectly holds 45 Traditional Tarot Cards on 14pt or Linen Stock, OR 54 cards on 12pt or Casino stock. This box was designed specifically to hold 45 cards on our 14pt stock with a slim and sleek fit.

- 81 Card TRADITIONAL TAROT Tuck Box: Comfortably holds 81 Traditional Tarot Cards on 12pt, 14pt, Linen, or Casino card stock. HOLD DO NOT ORDER. ISSUE DISCOVERED WITH TEMPLATE AND DIE 6/4/21

 

*We also have the ability to have custom tuck box dies made so if you would like a tuck box that is not listed or described please feel free to reach out and see if we could get a custom box made for you, such as a square card tuck box.


- Boxes can be whatever artwork you design with no limitations.

- We print multiple boxes on a sheet. The quantity you order is for individual boxes, not sheets of boxes.

- If you are ordering 1 box you only need to design 1 box on the template sheets. If you are ordering more than 1 we ask that you fill out all of the boxes on the template sheets. Most people do the entire sheet regardless, but this is just a small disclaimer that we require the full sheet for larger orders and not for 1 offs.

- Don't forget you can order B&W or Full Color Rules for your decks as well. If you are order a 54 card deck on 12pt or casino and would like to use the 54 slim box there will be no room for a rules sheet or mini rule book. If you would like to add rules please use any of the other NOT slim boxes.

ALL BOXES NOW MANUFACTURED USING 14PT COATED CARD STOCK AND LAMINATED FOR A PROFESSIONAL AND HEAVY DUTY FINISH. Lamination will be either gloss or matte depending on what is currently being used on our laminator.
