At Superior POD, we are dedicated to helping you create a seamless delivery experience for your customers. Our team of experienced professionals is here to ensure that your orders reach your customers on time, without any damage and with the appropriate packaging. We have implemented advanced technologies and operational processes to ensure that you get the best order fulfilment services available. Fulfillment can be achieved through a large number of different selling platforms including but not limited to: We can connect to 1 store, or 20, it all depends on how big of a reach you want to have as the seller. The process is easy, just follow these steps:
It is always more ideal to get everything in place before you start selling so there are no unforeseen delays in getting your products delivered to your customers. That being said, if you are in a bind and started selling before having everything finalized, or are jumping to us from another manufacturer, we can do that too, just let us know the urgency of the situation you are in! To officially get your sign up started, simply fill out the information to your right and finally click the "Request an Estimate" button at the bottom. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours with any information you need, and to help get the process started! A rough estimate of timeline from initial contact to products being shipped out to your customers is 1 month. This includes the set up phase and quoting, prototyping and proofing, linking of selling channels, and making an initial stock before selling for quick fulfillment. If you need a fast tracked timeline that is also achievable, we just may have to skip some steps. Start your order

File Set Up Process: 1) Download the single card template from the link below OR just create your own blank card to work from with the following specs: - Finish Size of Cards: 2.25"x3.5" - Bleed in addition to that size 0.0625" on each edge of the card making your actual blank document 2.375"x3.625" - Resolution set to at least 300DPI - Safe Zone/Border Size of 0.125" from each edge of the card (meaning actually 0.1875" in from the edge plus bleed).
2) Set up your cards fronts and backs individually with whatever design software you would prefer. 3) Save those cards individually or export as a multipage PDF. 4) Either submit a multipage PDF if you have the ability to do so, or just leave your cards individual and make a zipped folder with your artwork. 4a) If doing individual cards just make sure the fronts and backs are named accordingly for "card face 1", "card face 2", etc. If you have a common back just name that "Back". If you are doing unique backs just make sure they are labeled accordingly for "card back 1", "card back 2", etc. and we will handle the rest. 4b) If you are creating a multipage PDF then simple have the fronts as the first pages of the PDF in order, and then the backs following after the faces in the same order. 5) If you want a specific card on top of your deck then have that card as the final card in the PDF or the last named card for your deck, as that is what is on top of the deck after the cards are cut. *Specific card order is never guaranteed. * Do not send a file for a card back and say "Duplicate this back 9 times, and then this other file 17 times and..." You must send the correct number of card faces and backs you are ordering UNLESS it is a single common back for the deck. Poker Size Custom Card Decks (3.5" x 2.5")High Quality custom full color, full bleed Poker Size (2.5" x 3.5") playing card decks from Superior POD. You can put whatever images you like on the deck FACES and/or on the deck BACKS. Please note that the word "POKER" refers to the size of the card and not what is on the cards. If you would like to create your own traditional playing cards like what is used for poker we do have standard playing card faces on file, so please simply note that in the product description. ALL BOXES NOW MANUFACTURED USING 14PT COATED CARD STOCK AND LAMINATED FOR A PROFESSIONAL AND HEAVY DUTY FINISH. Lamination will be either gloss or matte depending on what is currently being used on our laminator. If you would like to request gloss or matte feel free to reach out to us about that and we can approve and get that noted for your order.
The Boxes and Specs
- 36 Card POKER Tuck Box: Comfortably holds 36 Poker (or Bridge) cards on 12pt or Casino card stock. If you are using 14pt or Linen card stock the 54 Slim may be a better option, or if you plan to add rules to your box we would recommend going up to the 54 Slim as well.
- 54 Slim Card POKER Tuck Box: Perfectly holds 54 Poker cards on 12pt or Casino Smooth or Embossed card stocks. This is SPOD's Choice for a traditional deck of playing cards, or any deck that has 54 cards and is using the 12pt or Casino stock. Please note 14pt or 100lb will NOT fit in this box and will require the regular 54 card box.
- 54 Card POKER Tuck Box: Comfortably holds 54 Poker (or Bridge) cards on 14pt or 100lb card stock, OR 54 cards on 12pt or Casino with the addition of rules in your box. Fun fact this was the first box we ever made and offered here at SPOD!

With that in mind it comfortably holds around 63 Tarot Cards on 12pt, 14pt, Linen, and Casino, and allows for additional room for a rules sheet or mini rule book if you use 12pt or Casino cards. If you are using this box for Poker (or Bridge) size cards then the same applies, allowing for 126 cards on all four stocks, or rules added to 12pt or Casino decks.

- Boxes can be whatever artwork you design with no limitations.
- Sticker seals are possible as an add-on for any tuck box product. If interested please reach out to us about adding them to your order!
- We print multiple boxes on a sheet. The quantity you order is for individual boxes, not sheets of boxes.
- If you are ordering 1 box you only need to design 1 box on the template sheets. If you are ordering more than 1 we ask that you fill out all of the boxes on the template sheets. Most people do the entire sheet regardless, but this is just a small disclaimer that we require the full sheet for larger orders and not for 1 offs.
- Don't forget you can order B&W or Full Color Rules for your decks as well.

- Linen: Discontinued as of 1/1/2024
- 100lb Matte: Upgraded smooth matte finish playing card stock, measures 12pts thick, 260gsm, with a smooth uncoated finish. SPOD recommended for an uncoated playing card especially one that is meant to be written on.
- Casino Classic TCG: Premium Black Core TCG/Playing card stock, measures 12pts thick (330gsm), classic smooth coated finished both sides. Our second newest addition is the same playing card stock used in the well-known trading card game, "Magic the Gathering". Euro Poker Size Custom Card Decks (63mm x 88mm)
High Quality custom full color, full bleed Euro Poker Size (2.48" x 3.46") playing card decks from Superior POD. You can put whatever images you like on the deck FACES and/or on the deck BACKS. Please note that the word "POKER" refers to the size of the card and not what is on the cards. If you would like to create your own traditional playing cards like what is used for poker we do have standard playing card faces on file, so please simply note that in the product description.
File Set Up Process:
1) Download the single card template from the link below OR just create your own blank card to work from with the following specs:
- Finish Size of Cards: 63mm x 88mm (2.48" x 3.46")
- Bleed in addition to that size 0.0625" on each edge of the card making your actual blank document 2.605"x3.585"
- Resolution set to at least 300DPI
- Safe Zone/Border Size of 0.125" from each edge of the card (meaning actually 0.1875" in from the edge plus bleed).
2) Set up your cards fronts and backs individually with whatever design software you would prefer.
3) Save those cards individually.
4) Either create a multipage PDF if you have the ability to do so, or just leave your cards individual and make a zipped folder with your artwork.
4a) If doing individual cards just make sure the fronts and backs are named accordingly for "card face 1", "card face 2", etc. If you have a common back just name that "Back". If you are doing unique backs just make sure they are labeled accordingly for "card back 1", "card back 2", etc. and we will handle the rest.
4b) If you are creating a multipage PDF then simply have the fronts as the first pages of the PDF in order, and then the backs following after the faces in the same order. If you have a common back then you need only include one copy of the back at the end of your PDF. So if you had a 54 card deck with a common back your PDF would be 55 pages.
5) If you want a specific card on top of your deck then have that card as the final card in the PDF or the last named card for your deck, as that is what is on top of the deck after the cards are cut.

6) After finalizing your individual cards simply upload them to us with the order and we handle all set up placing cards on our template sheets. DO NOT SEND US FULL SHEETS OF CARDS, CARDS ON 8.5x11 SHEETS, OUR OLD TEMPLATE PRESS SHEETS, OTHER COMPANIES PRESS SHEETS, ETC. Only send the individual cards as instructed on how to design.

The process is exactly the same as our standard Euro Poker Cards product. Since this product is a premium update to standard cards, we recommend printing your design without foil first to ensure all artwork is set up correctly to print as intended, then to follow up with a run of foil cards.
PRODUCT WARNINGS:
- Please note that visible silvering on the edges is a normal side effect of this product. This can also be visible on the corners. This is not a defect, just a side effect of the product. This effect is extenuated by having black or dark colors on the edges of your cards. White or lighter colors helps mitigate this.
- Please note the surfaces of the faces of your cards are easier to scratch and damage compared to normal prints. Of course we never recommend scratching your precious cards, but just know if you do it will happen more easily. Protective sleeves are a great way to keep them in pristine condition.
- Please note the colors and clarity of your printing may vary from normal prints. Since the silver foil makes up the background of the cards, anything that was white in your design will now be silver, as white is achieved by the absence of printing. This can effect the clarify of text if you have a light colored background and white text for example. The colors will also shift a bit as instead of being placed over plain white, now they are created over a silver background.
SuperiorPOD will not refund or replace any cards relating to any issues stated above. Of course other production errors are still possible, so if you have any issues or inquires don't hesitate to reach out to our support team!

Expert Tips for Designing:
- Vertical photos work best, like from your phone!
- Photos are fitted vertically to the card when choosing the full bleed option. This means a wide landscape shot will be cropped on the left and right, only showing what is in the middle of the picture.
- Snapchat photos and screenshots work great for the framed option, but will leave white on the left and right of the picture when choosing full bleed.
- When picking between framed or full bleed, do so near the start. When changing between the two the website has to rebuild the deck in the background each time, so to save time change this option after uploading a few pictures and deciding what you like the best.
- If you want to have a landscape picture that is rotated 90 degrees so it will fit the card sideways, you will have to do that yourself before uploading it!
- You don't need to upload crazy high resolution photos. We print at 300DPI, and remember these are cards that are 2.5"x3.5", so don't use very large and high resolution DSLR photos for example! They will look just as good scaled down a bit, or compared to photos from your phone.
- The single card preview is a high res, actual preview of the card. The full PDF preview you can click to view is purposefully a low res sample, just to showcase the placement.
- We recommend waiting until all photos are uploaded for each card before doing the full PDF preview to check over everything. It takes 1-3 minutes to load as it generates your card deck in real time so be patient, and if there are issues with pictures you want to fix just take note of that, and fix them after reviewing the whole proof!
- Our recommended order of operations is uploading a few pictures, reviewing them at the start and picking framed or full bleed, then uploading the rest of your pictures even without previewing each card. Then view the whole PDF preview and fix and "view" any cards you want to edit or change the pictures of. Then place your order!
- For the fastest uploading, sort "Show" by the suit, and upload all of your pictures for each suit at once! Just let all 13 load to 100% before clicking to the next suit.
Understanding the Product and Process
- Quantity is how many decks you want! Remember there are different price breaks at varying quantities!
- Card Stock is your choice of stock and finish! Both our smooth and embossed casino stocks are 330gsm, black core, premium imported playing card stocks. The waterproof option comes at a premium price tag, but is nearly indestructible and 100% waterproof!
- Show is what you select through to upload your different pictures for each card.
- View lets you see the preview of each card after your pictures are uploaded.
- Card Design lets you pick between framed and full bleed pictures. Framed pictures fit in the center of each card and are a bit smaller, full bleed runs your pictures right to the edges of the card with the pips over top in the corners!
- The main preview window shows you the real high res preview of each card as it is built
- The PDF preview you can click opens a low res full PDF preview of the entire deck to view all cards at once.
Each card deck comes with a custom printed tuck box using the same image you upload for your card back, to make a cohesive and professional final product!
If you would prefer a clear two piece box instead of a printed box, just write that in your order notes and we can do that for you!
We also have generic playing card backs on file in various colors, so if you want a more traditional look for your card deck just with the custom fronts of your cards, just note what color you would like us to use and we will handle the rest!
