Order Fulfillment with SuperiorPOD could not be simpler.

Sign up through our website, test your products and bring them to life, get connected, and start selling!

To sign up through our website, all you need to do is click the “Order Fulfillment Sign Up” product, fill in all of the required information, and submit that to us. This introduces us to you and your products, and provides us with what we need to quote your project, review artwork, and start the next steps of connecting with your stores.

After submitting that “order” through our site, we will get in contact with you for any further information we may need, a quote for your products, and a breakdown of the samples (if any) you want to receive before moving forward. Then we will send you an invoice for our $50 fulfillment sign up fee, and any invoices needed for the sample production (at a discounted rate). Following payment we put the samples into the print queue, and then move to linking up with your selling platform(s) of choice.

Selling platforms we currently work with include but are not limited to:
Wix, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Faire, and more!

After the product is made and tested on our end, it is sent to you for review and approval. This is also the perfect chance to photograph your products if you would like, or you can have our team do the photoshoot for you for an additional fee.

Once the product is locked in, and we are linked to your stores, this is when you can go live to bring in your first sales! We highly recommend NOT starting to sell before going through all of these steps with us, however if you are coming from a previous manufacturer, or for whatever reason have started selling before you are reading this, that is okay and we can still dive in and help get you selling!

The Specs:

Turn Arounds: 3-5 Business Days as a safe average. Sometimes we print labels and ship the same first day, other times if we need to restock it can take longer.

The Fees: $2.50 per order order processing fee plus an additional $0.25 per additional pick fee. Meaning if you sell 5 unique products and a customer orders 1 of each, you would pay a total of $3.50 in order processing fees for that order.

The Discounts: Pricing is based on our 50 quantity prices from our website. That means you can get discounted bulk rates, without actually ordering in bulk!

The Subscription: Our yearly subscription fee for this service is $50, billed once a year. This covers the daily checking for orders in your different stores, whether you sell 1 deck a month, or 1000.
New Products: We charge varying flat rates for your new products added after initial account set up. This covers the print prep and print tests for each new product you release, and is usually $10.

Billing: We will invoice you for work completed either monthly, or bi-weekly. We expect prompt payment since we always invoice for jobs that are already completed, and failure to pay your invoices will result in late fees, pauses of your account and fulfillment, and or ultimately legal action.

Kickstarter/ Crowd Funding Campaign Fulfillment

SuperiorPOD is the only partner you need for your next Kickstarter campaign, from start to finish! We are excited to outline the processes below with what we can do for you, and the steps you will need to take to make sure your campaign is a success.

The steps are simple:
1) Create your product and vision!
2) Do a print test of said product with us, even if it is not the final version. This is technically not required, but highly recommended. If you are coming to us after your campaign has already gone live, or even finished, we can work with that too.
3) Take product photos and videos showing a physical sample, your potential customers love that. Figure out shipping weights and options based on your sample. Narrow down the specs you are interested in for your products, and then brainstorm stretch goals and improvements you can offer based on those base specs.
4) Get your final quotes from us based on the different quantity tiers you may reach. Additional discounts may apply to help make your products as affordable as possible!
5) Sit down and game plan with us. Talk through the timeline for fulfillment, samples, and delivery to your customers. It will be important to work shipping into your campaign as customers back your project so we do not have to worry about collecting more money later.
6) After all of the details are locked in, the rest is up to you to run the campaign! Just let us know when you go live and when it will be ending!
7) After your successful campaign is completed, you will then gather information from your bakers for their orders and the shipping info. After all of that info is gathered, you will simply send us a spreadsheet with said data to use for fulfillment, based on the custom template we will provide to you.
8) If the product has already been tested and finalized, we jump right in. If there are changes after the campaign that is okay too, we just want to do one more round of testing before sending things to all of your customers.
9) Following any final tweaks and proofing, we then jump in to making your products within the determined timeline, and then drop ship directly to your customers for you, and thus the campaign is complete!

Some important FAQs
- How much does it cost for this fulfillment?
We charge $2.50 per order for fulfillment. This is something you will want to work into your shipping and handling fees your customers pay as they back your campaign. This $2.50 covers the labor to pack and ship your orders, and the shipping supplies needed to do so.

- Where can you ship my goods?
We can ship anywhere around the world. It does in fact get more complicated in calculating the international shipping rates, however we can generate a custom shipping table to calculate these rates if you would like to ship around the world.

- Can I include other goods not produced by SuperiorPOD with my products or orders?
Of course you can! We may charge an additional fee depending on the labor required for the add-ons. This could include but is not limited to special bags for your products, custom packaging to ship them in, special dice, stickers, and more!
