Did you know that you can view the status of any of your orders right in your account on our website?

1. First, log into your account
2. Click ORDER HISTORY (top right on page)
3. Find your order number to check on
4. Click VIEW DETAILS for that order
5. Scroll down to STATUS to see production status

If your order is in ORDER RECEIVED staus we have not done anything with it yet
If your order is in PREPRESS then we have set up the art and sent it to the print queue.
If your order is in PRESS then is is being printed and produced
If your order in in SHIPPING then it is awaiting pick up from shipping carrier.

If there was a problem with your order the status would be marked SPECIAL with an explanation of the issue.
